Jamie Foxx Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged Sexual Assault!!

It is said that Jamie Foxx was the involved in a sexual assault on a rooftop in New York City eight years ago.

As to the lawsuit that TMZ was able to get, in August 2015, Foxx was at Catch NYC & Roof at approximately 11 PM when the plaintiff showed up to take a seat in the rooftop club and bar. She adds that from across the table, she saw Jamie.

Foxx was asked if he would take a picture of the plaintiff and her friend at around one in the morning. He seemed inebriated when he said, "Sure, baby anything for you," according to her. "Wow, you have that supermodel body," he reportedly said, commenting on other pictures she took. "You look like Gabrielle Union," I said, noticing how nice she smelled.

Foxx allegedly grabbed Jane Doe by the arm to the back area of the rooftop, where he allegedly placed both hands on her waist, moved them under her top and started rubbing her breasts. She claims she attempted to step away and noticed a security guard and others who saw what had happened... but they chose to walk away.
