Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit claiming he sexually assaulted a woman, along with Aaron Hall, back in the early ’90s.
The woman, using the name Jane Doe, says she and a friend met Combs and Hall at a music industry event. They claim both men were overly flirtatious, offering them drinks throughout the night.
After the event, Jane Doe claims that they were invited to Hall’s place for an afterparty. There, Jane Doe alleges she was pressured into having sex with Combs, and then Hall forced himself on her too. The filing claims: “After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.”
She alleges she escaped from the apartment and found out her friend had a similar experience.
A few days later, Combs allegedly got violent with her.
The lawsuit also includes MCA Music Entertainment and Geffen Records as defendants.
This case was filed under New York's Adult Survivors Act that expired earlier this week.
